Alexis Taylor, LICSW, Owner
I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University in 2014 and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from St. Catherine University in 2021. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults. I enjoy seeing human development across the lifespan and supporting clients throughout the changes in their lives. I work with clients with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I believe that all client experiences deserve to be honored.

Anxiety
During our work together, I like to incorporate mindfulness-based techniques and CBT to explore and identify the causes of anxiety and identify ways to cope with feelings of stress and anxiety.

Feeling depressed can be overwhelming and exhausting. Working collaboratively, I can support you in identifying the causes of your depression and help find ways to mitigate feelings of depression, and engage in your relationships and activities that provide you a sense of joy and fulfillment.
